As Partner and Founder of Hub International, Dennis originally served as CFO, and then as a Regional President & CEO of HUB for nearly 20 years. He led Hub’s IPO on the Toronto and New York Stock Exchange. Extremely accustomed to leading in Private Equity-backed environments with tremendous success, Dennis can balance short and long-term objectives in a way few can emulate.

Deeply involved in 220+ agency acquisitions during his career, his insights enabled him to identify an approach to align people, purpose, and profits. He passionately embarked on RTA’s journey after meeting Zain in 2021, and together they developed and implemented the overall strategy for RTA. Dennis has a passion for developing people and his fulfillment comes from building teams, coaching leaders, and being a proud Father and Husband.

Dennis resides in Birmingham, Alabama. He enjoys golf, hosting social events, spending time with the family, and building meaningful relationships.
