Zain is a 4X Founder with all 4 successfully being acquired, an award-winning Benefits Consultant, and the Podcast Host of The Culture Champions Podcast.

Zain has been the Founder and CEO of 2 prior companies and led both through acquisitions by Private Equity-Owned strategic acquirers. In Co-Founding RTA, Zain merged 2 firms of which served as Foundational Businesses that merged with another 4 other agencies to form the platform that is now RTA. 

Using hindsight to allow him to clearly understand how to build a differentiated value proposition, purposely built to be a collaborative network of partner firms that share best practices while retaining what made them successful, to begin with.

Zain resides in South Florida with his wife and two children and is very active as a Founding Member of YPO Fort Lauderdale also serving on YPO’s Board as the Family Officer.
